As a Remote Area Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering healthcare in remote and isolated areas. Using your broad clinical experience you will be managing a variety of medical conditions and emergencies while also engaging closely with local communities, including Indigenous populations to provide culturally appropriate care and support. Job Details 6 week agency contract Commencing 3rd November 2025 Up to $96 per hour AM rate plus other shift penalties plus 12% superannuation Fully furnished accommodation Return travel provided from within Australia Uniform provided Comprehensive agency support from our dedicated recruitment team Location You will be working in a community controlled primary health care service located in the Northern Territory offering a truly unique opportunity to experience remote community life, strong culture and connection to Country. To be eligible you must: Have full AHPRA registration with no restrictions Minimum three years post graduate experience as a Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience in General and Acute Medicine, Accident & Emergency Recent Remote Area Health or Primary Health experience within Indigenous communities is ideal Have completed all core competencies including an up to date police check and WWCC Full drivers license Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship) If you are looking for a fulfilling contract opportunity this is the one you are looking for.
